Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our food and spice products, opened or used products cannot normally be returned for hygiene and food-safety reasons.

A return or replacement may be considered if you received a damaged product, received an incorrect product, or the package was damaged or tampered with during delivery.

2. Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

3. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
